    Who we are

Peptide Brand Partners ("we," "us") supplies private-label peptide products to licensed businesses. This policy explains how we handle information collected through peptidebrandpartners.com (the "site"), including our provider intake form.

This site is for businesses. It is not designed for patients or consumers, and we do not ask for patient information through it.

    Information we collect

    Information you give us

When you submit our provider intake form or contact us, we collect what you enter, which can include:

    • Provider name and credential, practice or clinic name
    • Business address, phone number, email address and website
    • Services your practice offers and your hours of operation
    • Names, credentials, roles and license numbers of staff you choose to list
    • Anything else you include in a form or email to us

If you list staff members, you confirm that you are authorized to share their information with us for the purposes in this policy.

    Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit. The site also uses cookies and similar technologies that are needed for security, performance and caching.

Some site elements, such as fonts and page scripts, load from third-party content delivery networks. Those providers receive your IP address when they deliver those files.

    Information from other sources

To confirm that a business is eligible to partner with us, we may check publicly available sources, such as professional license lookups.

    3

    How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

    • Review your partnership application and confirm your business is eligible
    • Contact you about your application, account, orders and documentation
    • Provide our products and services, including labeling, packaging and certificates of analysis
    • Send service emails, such as the confirmation you receive after submitting an intake
    • Keep the site secure, prevent fraud and spam, and fix problems
    • Meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

    4

    No patient information

Please do not submit patient names, health information or other protected health information through this site or by email to us. Our intake form asks only about your business, your services and your team. If patient information is sent to us by mistake, we will delete it.

    5

    How we share information

We share information only as needed to run our business:

    • Service providers that work on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery and secure storage. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
    • Manufacturing, testing and fulfillment partners, when needed to produce, test and ship your products.
    • Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, under confidentiality duties.
    • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of our services.
    • Business transfers, if our business is reorganized, merged or sold, subject to this policy.
    6

    Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to work securely and quickly. We do not use advertising cookies or ad pixels on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy first and offer any choices the law requires.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

    7

    How long we keep information

We keep intake and account information for as long as we need it to evaluate and manage the partnership and to meet our legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

    8

    How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. Access to intake submissions is limited to authorized team members. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

    9

    Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of non-essential emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights. To make a request, email support@peptidebrandpartners.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law requires, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.
