Ordering is only half of the supply chain. How products are packed and shipped matters just as much, and knowing the timeline helps you plan your launch.

    Where orders ship

We ship within the United States. Orders are packed for transit and shipped by expedited service, ready to add to your business in 15 working days or less.

    How products are packed

Products travel in protective packaging built to hold up in transit, each one boxed under your brand and padded for the trip.

What to check when a delivery arrives

A quick check on arrival keeps your records clean:

    • Open the shipment promptly and move products into the storage conditions listed for each product
    • Confirm the products and quantities match your order
    • Note the lot numbers you received
    • File the certificate of analysis for each lot with your order records

    Paperwork to keep

Keep three things together for every delivery: the order confirmation, the lot numbers received and the matching certificates of analysis. If a client asks about a unit later, you can trace it in seconds. Our article on what a lot number tells you explains why the match matters.

Store products as directed on arrival, and keep the lot records with the order.
